Job Title:

ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM Visibility implementations (Discovery, Federation, Service Mapping).
  
• Manage and govern

  CSDM

  and

  CMDB

  data models ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Design and develop secure API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAML, SSO) and

  MID Server

  configurations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Develop and optimize custom applications, workflows, and automations using

  JavaScript

  ,

  Glide scripting

  , and

  Flow Designer

  .
• Own deliverables including solution design, documentation, and deployment best practices.
  
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, with flexibility for potential onsite engagement in the

  Netherlands

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
  
• Strong expertise in

  ITOM Visibility

  ,

  CSDM/CMDB

  , and

  Digital Portfolio Management (APM/DPM)

• Advanced scripting skills in

  JavaScript

  Flow Designer

  .
• Hands-on experience with

• In-depth understanding of
