ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development (CSM & HCLS)

• Design and configure workflows for:
• Prior Authorization, Claims Triage, Provider Credentialing
• Member Journey & KYC Automation
• Compliance Dashboards (HEDIS, STAR)
• Medical Asset & Inventory Tracking
• Implement Healthcare-specific data models using HCLS Core and HCLS Applications
• Customize case types and table relationships as per payer operational needs

GenAI & NowAssist Implementation

• Integrate

  Now Assist

  to power virtual agents, smart search, and claims deflection
• Automate triage and document processing using GenAI models

Platform Enhancements & Integrations

• Build reusable components, UI actions, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub spokes (e.g., InterQual, FHIR, 837/835)
• Ensure PHI/PII-compliant configurations as per HIPAA and SOC-2

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with healthcare clients to gather and analyze domain-specific requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional design sprints
• Provide support and documentation for UAT and go-live phases
