About the Program:
- Our
Career Launch Program
is a structured 6-month initiative designed to empower women who are ready to begin their career, return to the workforce after a break, or transition into a new professional field. The program provides hands-on experience, guided training, and personalised mentorship in a supportive and inclusive environment. - All participants receive a
monthly stipend of INR 15,000
during the program. - Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a
permanent role with a monthly salary of INR 20,000
, along with an annual salary increment of 20%
.

What You Will Gain

Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate or above (students are NOT eligible) Minimum CGPA of 6.0

- Knowledge or experience in the role you are applying for
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong Attention to detail, Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Work 8 hours per day (Work From Home), Monday to Saturday, starting from 6:00 AM
- Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection
- Able to Join within 2 weeks
- Able to Work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner
