About Us

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Define governance models and ensure CMDB health & discovery accuracy.
Oversee integrations with AWS, Azure, SCCM, Jira, SAP, etc.
Guide technical teams in scripting, workflows, and automation.
Advise leadership on platform roadmap, upgrades, and enhancements.

Requirements

5+ years in ServiceNow architecture, design & development.
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Mgmt), CMDB & integrations.
Skilled in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server.
ServiceNow CSA & CIS-ITSM/ITOM preferred.

Nice to Have

Multi-instance environment experience.
Exposure to AI automation, Virtual Agent, Now Intelligence.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD in ServiceNow.
