Role Summary:

ServiceNow CoE (Center of Excellence) Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership:

• Define, design, and oversee implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
  
• Establish and manage ServiceNow architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices within the CoE.
  
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  

• Governance & Strategy:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
  
• Lead the ServiceNow governance board for managing platform health, release management, and enhancements.
  
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and provide recommendations for adoption.
  

• Implementation Oversight:

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring adherence to design principles.
  
• Collaborate with process owners, developers, and functional consultants to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  
• Lead technical reviews, code quality checks, and performance optimization.
  

• Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with business leaders, IT operations, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Provide technical advisory and mentoring to ServiceNow teams (developers, admins, and functional consultants).
  

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Drive automation, AI/ML, and workflow optimization initiatives through ServiceNow capabilities.
  
• Recommend continuous improvements for platform performance, UX, and maintainability.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 13+ years of total IT experience with

  10+ years in ServiceNow

  .
• Proven experience as

  ServiceNow Architect / Technical Lead / CoE Architect

  in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules:
  

• ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps

  (at least 3 mandatory).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  
• Experience designing integrations with third-party tools such as monitoring, CMDB, or HR systems.
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and performance tuning.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
