Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, with a specific focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. As a ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Developer, you will collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to support ITOM and CMDB processes within our organization.

Preferred candidate profile

7-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITOM and CMDB.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management.
Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or CMDB are highly desirable.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
