ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow

  ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules

  .
• Perform

  ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations

  (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Manage the

  end-to-end IT Asset lifecycle

  procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Ensure

  compliance and governance

  of IT assets and software licensing.
• Conduct

  requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

  .
• Collaborate with business teams to align ITAM processes with organizational goals.
  
• Generate asset reports, optimize costs, and improve IT asset utilization.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 6–10 years of overall

  ServiceNow experience

  .
• Minimum 3–5 years of

  focused ITAM/HAM/SAM experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  IT Asset lifecycle management

  .
• Experience in

  software licensing, compliance, and governance

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Familiarity with

  CMDB, ITIL processes, and workflow automation

  .

Certifications (Mandatory):

• ServiceNow ITAM Certification

• ServiceNow SAM Certification

• ServiceNow HAM Certification

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  Discovery & Inventory

  in ServiceNow.
• Exposure to

  other ServiceNow modules (ITSM/CMDB)

  .
• Process improvement & cost optimization experience.
