Job Description

Ideal Candidates must have 610 years of overall ServiceNow experience. Minimum 35 years of focused experience in ITAM/HAM/SAM. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of configuration, scripting, and integrations within ServiceNow. Hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT Asset lifecycle management. Experience in compliance and governance of IT assets and licensing. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Strong experience in business alignment and solutioning discussions with stakeholders.
