As a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional with 8-12 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing Platform Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing Platform Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow - Configuring data sources, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets in the PA module - Developing interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports aligned with stakeholder needs - Optimizing data collection jobs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of analytics data - Collaborating with process owners and business analysts to translate business goals into measurable KPIs - Maintaining data governance standards and enforcing best practices in analytics modeling - Supporting ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing PA solutions - Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies as part of a development team - Collaborating with integration teams for cross-platform data modeling (e.g., CMDB, Incident, Change) - Providing mentorship to junior developers as needed Your required skills and experience for this role include: - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years specifically in Performance Analytics - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow PA components such as indicators, time series, breakdowns, etc. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow REST APIs - Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and Incident/Change Management - Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling best practices - Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist in Performance Analytics is preferred Desirable qualifications for this role include: - ITIL v4 Foundation certification - Experience with ServiceNow Reporting, CMDB Health, or ITOM integrations - Background in data modeling, ETL, or BI platforms would be considered a plus As a ServiceNow ITAM professional, you will be instrumental in driving the performance analytics initiatives within the organization, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.,
