Role and Accountabilities

This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record of Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules across ITSM and other enterprise workflows.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, extensive implementation experience, and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions that align with business goals.Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end,
Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, and other enterprise workflows (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, etc.).Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions in ServiceNow.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, UI actions, client/server scripts, and business rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create implementation plans, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
Conduct solution design reviews, testing, user training, and deployment activities.
Provide ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules.
Assist in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
Document technical specifications, use cases, and test scenarios.Coach and advise other Developers.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementations.
Strong experience implementing and configuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.).
Experience with at least two or more ServiceNow modules outside ITSM (e.gHAM, SAM,).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Must have strong requirements gathering experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills

ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator,
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
ITIL v3 certification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
