Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement

  ServiceNow HRSD solutions

  .
• Work on HRSD modules including

  Case Management, HR Services & Lifecycle Management, HR Knowledge Management

  .
• Develop and manage

  Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

  .
• Implement

  workflow automation and integration

  with other systems.
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and role management

  within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide enhancements, and ensure smooth functionality of HRSD modules.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and support.
• Expertise in

  HRSD modules

  (Case Management, HR Services & Lifecycle Management, HR Knowledge Management).
• Strong knowledge of

  Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

  .
• Experience in

  integration, workflow automation, and security/role management

  .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions.
