Job Description

ServiceNow GRC IRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules:
Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build dashboards and reports for risk indicators, compliance status, and audit findings.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources.
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Maintain documentation and support testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in GRC/IRM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Strong understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks.
Familiarity with ACLs, data models, and platform security.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC or IRM.
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps or Vulnerability Response.
Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
