Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have 1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and financial modules. 2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security principles. 3. Experience in designing and implanting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. 4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 7. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred. 8. Experience with virtual agent deployment is a plus. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..Good-to-Have
  • Prior experience in Customer facing roles will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience of working in production support environment
  • Experience with Requirement analysis and design
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement and design solution using the ServiceNow platform.2 Develop custom applications, workflows, and automations withing ServiceNow to support Customer Service Management and Financial processes.3 Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize functionality and user experience.4 Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.5 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.6 Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team members and stakeholders.7 Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.8 Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party applications and plugins within ServiceNow.9 Contribute to the development of documentation, training materials, and user guides.10 Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions.Type Details of The Role (For Candidate Briefing)Reporting To WhichRole Delivery PartnerSize of the Team, ifany Reporting to thisRole 02.
