Job Description

ServiceNow Technical Service Manager (TSM)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow platform operations and ensure adherence to SLAs.



  • Lead technical discussions, solution design, and implementation for ServiceNow modules



  • Coordinate with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and system enhancements.



  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for ServiceNow-related escalations and change management.



  • Oversee platform upgrades, patching, integrations, and performance optimization.



  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.



  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.



  • Provide technical governance and best practices across ServiceNow modules.



  • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and compliance.



  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
