TCS is Hiring ServiceNow Developer For Hyderabad location Experience : 4 - 12 years Mode of interview : Walkin Location : Hyderabad Please apply only if you can attend a in person drive at TCS Hyderabad office on 24th May 2025 (Saturday). JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development including experience in JavaScript Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or HRSD is a plus. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good to have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (ITSM or any) Experience in XML, JSON, Rest/SOAP API's Responsibilities: Looking for a strong developer in ServiceNow who will understand functional business requirements. Prepare & execute upgrade plan for ServiceNow. Prepare understanding document & execute playback sessions. Perform Hands-on activities of Tickets analysis, User Communications Identify & apply resolution/ fix/ configuration/ data update etc., get it reviewed, test & Delivering incremental product in fast paced environment using Agile methodology Technical documentation capability Comply Support and/or release process Show more Show less
