Key Details:

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 3 - 8 years 

Location:  Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine, IRM/GRC, and ITOM modules.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows.
• Implement and manage ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB integrations.
• Develop and maintain IRM/GRC solutions including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities across environments.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance and security.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB).
• Proficiency in IRM/GRC modules Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management.
• Experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, update sets, and instance management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (ITOM/IRM/GRC).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
