Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows. Implement and manage ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB integrations. Develop and maintain IRM/GRC solutions including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules. Build custom applications using App Engine Studio, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities across environments. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance and security. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB). Proficiency in IRM/GRC modules Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management. Experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development. Solid understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, update sets, and instance management. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative teams. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (ITOM/IRM/GRC). Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
