Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM/ITSM modules. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations. Perform issue resolution, platform upgrades, and performance optimization. Maintain proper documentation and best practices throughout the SDLC. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Administration . Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ITOM and ITSM modules. Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Incident/Problem/Change Management. Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide), API integrations, and automation. Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred candidate profile Immediate availability to join. ServiceNow Certification in ITOM and ITSM . Experience working in a hybrid work environment. Background in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
