Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM modules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to gather and analyze requirements. Customize workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the platform. Ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of ServiceNow solutions Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow. Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in ITOM and/or ITSM modules. Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Incident/Change/Problem Management. Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and ServiceNow integrations. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred candidate profile Immediate availability to join. ServiceNow Certification in ITOM and/or ITSM . Experience working in a hybrid work environment. Background in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
