Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Platform Development and JavaScript.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise for implementing Service Catalogue items.
Develop custom scripts using Client Scripts and Ui Policy to automate business processes within ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot issues related to scripting errors and optimize system performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of Platform Development concepts including scripting languages like JavaScript.
