- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow plugin development (Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.)
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Performance Analytics
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
- Understanding of security best practices in ServiceNow integrations
