Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD Implementation

Configure, customize, and support ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge.
Configure and enhance HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Workflows.
Build and optimize end-to-end workflows for both IT and HR functions.

2. Platform Development & Customization

Develop UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Flows, and Integrations .
Create Service Catalog items , record producers, and HR services.
Build and manage HR request flows, transitions, and SLAs .

3. Stakeholder Interaction

Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Convert business needs into technical specifications , including user stories.

4. Integrations

Develop and support integrations with systems such as Active Directory, HRMS (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors), and IT tools .

5. Maintenance & Enhancement

Upgrade support, regression testing, and rollout of new features.
Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD .
Deep understanding of HRSD Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events.
Proficiency in JavaScript , Flow Designer, and platform automation.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes .
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred. HRSD/ITSM certifications are an advantage
