Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 22 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations, as well as hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, XSL stylesheets, and web services. This position is based in Pune, Kolkata, or Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Review team members' work according to ServiceNow best practices.
Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates, and work on capability presentations and Proof of Concepts.
Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and implement them successfully.
Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow, including ITSM (Incident, problem, change, service request) modules.
Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, XSL stylesheets, and web services.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills.
CSA certification is required; CIS ITSM certification is a plus.
