Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Aurangabad. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions focused on presentation skills, life skills, communication, and overall soft skills development. Day-to-day tasks include designing and developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback to participants to ensure continuous improvement. The trainer will work closely with various teams to identify training needs and create customized training programs. Qualifications Proficiency in Presentation Skills, Communication, and Life Skills Experience in Training & Development and delivering Soft Skills training Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to design and develop engaging training materials Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
