Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customise ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.
Design and implement workflows, SLAs, cases, incidents, and request management processes.
Develop and maintain structured data using JSON and SQL for analysis and validation.
Create realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.
Contribute to AI model training workflows and structured training data creation.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to craft effective instructions and automation logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients when required.
Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of ServiceNow experience, with 2+ years in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.
Strong understanding of workflows, SLAs, incidents, and request handling.
Proficiency in JSON and SQL.
Experience in AI model training workflows and prompt engineering.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills; customer-facing experience is a bonus.

Preferred Add-ons

ServiceNow CSA and CIS–ITSM certifications.
One of: CIS–CSM or CIS–HRSD.
Exposure to AI/ML workflows or training data preparation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
