Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow UI and build dynamic solutions.
• Develop workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Configure and customize UI Builder and Agent Workspace.
• Create and maintain REST integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• Additional certifications like CAD, CIS (any module) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, collaborative environments.
