ServiceNow Developer CSM

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions across case, community, and knowledge modules.

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for CSM and ITSM.
• Implement and optimize Case Management, Community, and Knowledge modules within CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional design on ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain Service Request workflows, forms, and processes within ITSM.
• Ensure high-quality solutions through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow modules.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, including:
• Case Management
• Community
• Knowledge Management
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including service request development.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Location: Remote
• Engagement Duration: 6 months (extendable up to 2 years based on performance and project needs)
• Mode: Full-time

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or relevant CSM/ITSM certifications).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to integrations with third-party applications.
