Role & responsibilities

  • Ownership of Customer Service Management implementations on ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver solutions independently, and later lead a team.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience with CSM modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CSM configurations.
  • Tech Lead/mentorship experience preferred.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow CSM desirable.
