Job Description

Prepare and run functional design workshops to create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
Engage fully with customers around the technical solution, challenging and validating their requirements.
Transform "solutionized" requirements into true business outcomes through thought leadership.
Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements, considering technology (ServiceNow, HP), process gaps (ITSM/ITIL), and cultural challenges (people).
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture functions to support, validate, and deliver client presentations, workshops, and responses to technical and business enquiries.
Develop cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using various technical skills.
