ServiceNow Developer

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of various aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve providing software development and customization services, such as screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. Additionally, you will need to obtain and analyze business requirements to propose sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow environment. Furthermore, you will coordinate and resolve complex technical data and transformation issues. To be successful in this role, you must be an expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development, with specific experience in ITSM, CMDB, and KB. You should have expertise in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, as well as client and server-side scripting. Experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, and ITOM will be considered an advantage. You will also be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems. Proficiency in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs, as well as experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js is required. The essential qualifications for this role include being a Certified System Admin, having a valid passport, and holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.,
