What You’ll Build:
- Security Operations (SecOps): SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM): Risk, Compliance, Audit Management
- ITSM Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs
- CMDB: Discovery, Service Mapping, Data Integrity
- Customizations & Integrations: UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong grip on JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS
- Proven expertise in ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, IRM modules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
