Job Description

Your role

Design, develop, and enhance Service Catalog and Request Catalog solutions.

Create and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Variable Sets.

Implement Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.

Build and maintain Workflows and Flow Designer flows for fulfillment automation.

Integrate Service Catalog solutions with ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.

Maintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer artifacts, and configuration details.

Job Profile

Hands??on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong hands??on experience with Service Catalog / Request Management.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.

Experience with Catalog UI customization and ServiceNow ACLs, roles, and security.
