Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CIMCII and Contact Center Advisory Services. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement technology solutions that enhance our operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our supply chain and IT consulting domains.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust technology architectures that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIMCII solutions into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality.

Provide expert advisory services for contact centers optimizing processes and improving customer interactions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee the development and deployment of technology solutions ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture and implementation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technology solutions facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity.

Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet user needs and enhance overall business performance.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Monitor and report on the performance of technology solutions identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the organization.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in CIMCII and Contact Center Advisory Services with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Have a solid understanding of supply chain and operations with experience in IT consulting being a plus.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Show proficiency in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA) or equivalent certification in technology architecture.
