Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft API Lifecycle MuleSoft Integration and Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asset and Wealth Management domain. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of MuleSoft integrations and APIs to meet business requirements. Oversee the entire API lifecycle from design and development to deployment and maintenance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Ensure that all MuleSoft solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations and APIs. Develop and maintain documentation for all MuleSoft solutions and integrations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and API technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Optimize performance of MuleSoft integrations to ensure high availability and scalability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft API Lifecycle MuleSoft Integration and Mulesoft. Must have domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management. Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have experience with other integration platforms and technologies. Nice to have knowledge of cloud platforms and services. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Should be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues. Must have a passion for learning and staying current with new technologies. Should have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering value to the business. Certifications Required MuleSoft Certified Developer MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
