Job Summary The Lead Developer role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in E2E Contact Center QA Integration and Manual Testing. The candidate must possess expertise in Transportation Management Concepts Road and Intermodal Transportation. This hybrid role involves day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the companys transportation solutions ensuring quality and integration across systems. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive QA strategies for contact center solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Oversee the integration processes to streamline operations and enhance system interoperability within transportation management frameworks. Provide expert manual testing to identify and resolve issues ensuring optimal performance of transportation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transportation solutions with business objectives and improve service delivery. Analyze transportation management concepts to develop innovative solutions that enhance road and intermodal transportation efficiency. Implement best practices in QA and integration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Monitor system performance and provide actionable insights to optimize transportation processes and reduce operational costs. Develop detailed test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in QA integration and transportation management.
