Do you have the drive and ambition to help shape a smarter, more connected future

• Lead technical oversight and governance of integration solutions delivered across multiple vendors and teams.

• Ensure delivery aligns with Hempel s integration strategy by collaborating with Integration Architects.

• Review, challenge, and validate vendor designs, estimates, and timelines.

• Drive adherence to coding standards, performance expectations, and cost optimization.

• Own root cause analysis and resolution of integration issues in Azure services.

• Guide and mentor vendor teams to uphold best practices and quality standards.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and technical reviews.

• Troubleshoot and support integration flows built on:

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure API Management

  • Event Hub / Event Grid

  • Service Bus

  • Azure Data Factory

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Data Gateway

• Monitor and report on delivery quality, risks, and technical deviations.

• Reduce operational load on architects by leading detailed technical analyses.

• Foster a community of practice around integration development.

What are we looking for

• Min. 8+ years of IT experience in software development.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

• In-depth expertise with cloud design patterns, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong grasp of the Azure Well-Architected Framework , including reliability, performance, security, cost, and operations.

• Proven experience enforcing coding standards, reviewing vendor deliverables, and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Effective communicator with strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps) and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps .

• Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines.

• Comfortable working in distributed international teams across time zones.

• Fluent in English written and spoken.
