Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Architect

with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should bring deep architectural knowledge, best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Lead the development of custom ServiceNow applications tailored to business requirements.
Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance across ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and administrators.
