Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow Architect/Lead Consultant
with 8+ years of proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Portal development, integrations with enterprise systems, and data migration.
The role requires end-to-end solution ownership including architecture design, workflow development, and alignment with business requirements.
Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring platform governance and optimization.
The candidate will design and implement workflows across ServiceNow modules while maintaining compliance with ITIL best practices.
A strong background in Agile, ITIL, or DevOps environments is critical, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent will be considered a strong plus.
The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
