Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Architect based in Mengio, with some flexibility for remote work. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include requirement analysis, system architecture design, workflow customization, and integration with third-party applications. The role also involves providing expertise on ServiceNow functionalities, best practices, and training team members.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation
• Skills in workflow automation, customization, and integration with third-party applications
• Proficiency in developing and managing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other solutions
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
