Job Description

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant with 410 years of experience to design and implement AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
The candidate must have strong experience in ITSM (mandatory) and ServiceNow core modules, along with hands-on exposure to AI technologies such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, NLU, and Predictive Intelligence
Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow modules with AI enhancements, developing Virtual Agent topics, integrating external LLMs (OpenAI, Azure AI), setting up NLU models, customizing AI use cases (e g , incident summarization), and building custom ML solutions using ServiceNow Studio or APIs
Candidates must be able to collaborate with stakeholders, ensure proper documentation, adhere to governance standards, and stay updated on emerging AI trends in ServiceNow
