Job Title: ServiceNow Automation & Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow Automation Engine with expertise in following modules - ITSM, Integration Hub, Spokes, RPA, Document Intelligence, Virtual Agent NLP/NLU, GenAI for ITSM, Flow Designer, Workflows and have hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Analyse automation candidates, integration requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow Automation Engine - Integration Hub and OOB Spokes, RPA, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent topics, intents (NLU/NLP based) and Gen AI for ITSM. Develop, configure, and test integration workflows using Flow Designer, spokes, and custom API calls, i.e. REST API, SOAP etc. Hands on scripting knowledge JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or any other programming language is mandatory. Expert level knowledge on Automation Engine suite which includes - ServiceNow Integration Hub & Spokes, Flow designer, Orchestrator, RPA, Process Mining, Document Intelligence, Automation Center etc. to automate key business processes. Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability. Technical Implementation, Configure integration connections using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols. Leverage out-of-the-box spokes to integrate with 3rd party applications, e.g. Entra ID, Azure, SAP, Jira, Salesforce, etc. and create custom spokes as needed. Ensure compliance with security standards, including OAuth 2.0, basic authentication, and API key management. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define integration requirements. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. Train internal teams on integration workflows and ServiceNow best practices. Prepare HLD, LLD and TDD & document integration designs, workflows, and configurations. Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for integration development. Required Experience/Skills: Minimum 9+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform integrations. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub. Proficiency in designing and implementing workflows in Flow Designer. Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other web service protocols. Hand-on with ServiceNow modules like Automation Engine, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Workflow Orchestrator, RPA. Experience integrating with third-party systems like Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and others. Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other security protocols. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML. Certification (Mandatory): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CIS- Integration Hub, CSA, CAD. Familiarity with enterprise tools like Azure Entra ID, Jira, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
