With a global workforce of over 230,000 employees and business partners in 65 countries, Wipro is committed to enabling its customers, colleagues, and communities to thrive in an ever-evolving world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience with technologies such as Intune, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management, Image Management, Apple Device Management, Software distribution / Patching using SCCM, and Digital Workplace Cloud management (Intune, Workspace 1, Jamf) - Strong technical knowledge of DEX U/X Delivery including Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, Aternity, RPA Automation, ServiceNow Automation, Digital Workspace Orchestration, and System Integration - Proficiency in scripting and utilizing automation to streamline workload processes - Ability to lead and manage a team of 20-30 Engineers - Strong executive presence with the capability to engage with senior leadership and C-Suite - Actively participate in technology roadmap planning by utilizing insights from Nexthink and other DEX data sources - Analyze and interpret large volumes of DEX data to identify patterns that facilitate proactive resolution of user experience issues **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record in driving DWS team initiatives on a global scale, ideally with Nexthink - Thorough understanding of Enterprise IT, End User Services, PC, Mac, and Application workloads - Experience in UI/UX development or the UI/UX feedback cycle - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Gathering Processes - Strong motivation to tackle complex challenges and continuously learn about new technologies Join Wipro to be a part of their journey to reinvent the future.
