At Wipro, we are dedicated to supporting our customers, colleagues, and communities in adapting to a rapidly changing world. **Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate expertise in areas such as Intune, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management, Image Management, Apple Device Management, Software distribution / Patching using SCCM, and Digital Workplace Cloud management (Intune, Workspace 1, Jamf). - Possess strong technical knowledge in DEX U/X Delivery (Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, Aternity), RPA Automation, ServiceNow Automation, Digital Workspace Orchestration, and System Integration, including scripting for effective task automation. - Proficient in leading a team of 20-30 Engineers. - Exhibit a strong executive presence, capable of engaging and communicating effectively with senior leadership and C-Suite executives. - Actively participate in technology roadmap planning by utilizing insights from Nexthink and other DEX data sources. - Analyze large volumes of DEX data to identify patterns that help in proactively resolving User experience issues. **Requirements:** - Demonstrated success in leading DWS teams globally within an enterprise, with proven experience in driving DEX outcomes, preferably using Nexthink. - Deep understanding of Enterprise IT, End User Services, PC, Mac, and Application workloads. - Experience in UI/UX development or involvement in the UI/UX feedback cycle. - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Gathering Processes. - Strong passion for tackling complex challenges and staying abreast of new technologies. **Mandatory Skills:** EMM Intune **Experience:** Greater than 10 years Join us at Wipro and be a part of a dynamic team that is reshaping a modern Wipro and leading digital transformation with bold ambitions.
