As an Intune Architect at our multinational IT services and consulting company, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform using the MS Intune platform. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Possessing 7-10 years of experience with the MS Intune platform - Demonstrating expertise in managing UEM/Intune rollout in both large and small customer environments - Leading the migration of devices from existing SCCM or other UEM platforms to the Intune platform - Developing Autopilot profiles and Conditional Access policies - Executing phased deployment of Intune on all existing or new devices - Crafting rollout plans for Intune deployment and seeking customer approval - Conducting thorough testing of Intune and Autopilot functionality on devices - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client policies and configurations remain up to date and are effectively implemented - Coordinating with Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as necessary - Creating technical documentation and implementation guides to support the UEM environment - Implementing Intune and developing High-Level Design/Low-Level Design documentations - Providing necessary services while managing day-to-day support activities - Identifying and updating existing Run Books with Intune information - Developing new processes to support the Intune system - Training technicians on the Intune system before rollout - Tracking and generating reports on non-compliant devices - Planning and executing migration activities - Creating customer-facing documentation and Knowledgebase documents - Resolving customer migration issues - Demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, you will have the opportunity to be part of a winning team at our company, known for its work in digital transformation, technology consulting, and business process outsourcing.
