Responsibilities: - Demonstrate hands-on experience in areas such as Intune, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management, Image Management, Apple Device Management, Software distribution / Patching using SCCM, and Digital Workplace Cloud management (Intune, Workspace 1, Jamf). - Possess sound technical knowledge in DEX U/X Delivery (Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, Aternity), RPA Automation, ServiceNow Automation, Digital Workspace Orchestration, and System Integration, including scripting to automate tasks effectively. - Proficient in managing a team comprising of 20-30 Engineers. - Exhibit strong executive presence with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-Suite executives. - Actively participate in technology roadmap planning by leveraging insights from Nexthink and other DEX data sources. - Analyze large volumes of DEX data to identify patterns that aid in proactively resolving User experience issues. Requirements: - Demonstrated success in leading DWS teams on a global scale within an enterprise. Proven experience in driving DEX outcomes, preferably using Nexthink. - Deep understanding of Enterprise IT, End User Services, PC, Mac, and Application workloads. - Experience in UI/UX development or involvement in the UI/UX feedback cycle. - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Gathering Processes. - Strong passion for overcoming complex challenges and staying updated on new technologies.
