Project Coordinator IT Hardware Logistics

As a Project Coordinator-IT Hardware Logistics at this company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating hardware logistics integration and CMDB maturity workstreams. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between different teams, coordinating CMDB maturity initiatives, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, planning and monitoring API integration milestones, facilitating cross-functional meetings, collaborating with finance and procurement, and supporting user-acceptance testing for logistics and CMDB enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between ServiceNow logistics developers, CMDB architects, external hardware-logistics providers, and operations teams - Coordinate CMDB maturity initiatives including data-dictionary workshops, progress tracking, audit cycles, and project documentation maintenance - Plan and monitor API integration milestones and facilitate cross-functional meetings - Collaborate with finance and procurement for shipment costs validation, reconciliation processes, and invoicing coordination - Support user-acceptance testing for logistics and CMDB enhancements Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of project coordination or PMO support in IT implementations, supply-chain/logistics, or ITAM/CMDB projects - Familiarity with IT Asset Management concepts and endpoint device lifecycle workflows - Basic understanding of ServiceNow integration principles and working knowledge of CMDB best practices - Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail About Company: The company balances innovation with an open, friendly culture and the backing of a long-established parent company known for its ethical reputation.
