Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician, based in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and repairing faults, performing routine maintenance, and assisting customers with technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Routine Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience in Field Service operations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is advantageous
