The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on refrigeration systems, troubleshooting issues, and conducting field services. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by interacting with clients to diagnose and solve their refrigeration problems effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance & Repair Proficiency in Troubleshooting Experience with Field Service activities Strong Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Relevant certifications or technical education in refrigeration or HVAC systems is a plus
