You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Managing a team of Service FSEs, with a minimum of 15-20 members. - Handling SLA Management by ensuring timely closure of tickets related to both Proactive and Reactive Merchants" issues, especially those related to devices. - Managing Material Logistics from the Hub to FSE, including both Forward and Reverse Logistics. - Utilizing Upselling skills to enhance business opportunities. - Using analytical skills to manage data effectively. - Having a mindset oriented towards training and development. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess a strong background in service management. - Have experience in industries such as DTH, Broadband, Consumer Electronics, etc. - Demonstrate knowledge of the local market. - Exhibit a strong understanding of stock handling and inventory management.,
