Position: Service Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Service Sales Executive will be responsible for generating service sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), modernization, and repair services for elevators and escalators. The role demands excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for AMC, modernization, and repair sales.
• Visit potential and existing customers to explain service offerings and provide customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for service contracts and related products.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders to clients.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and share feedback with management.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate (B. Tech preferred; BBA / MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Presentable, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/service sales (elevator/escalator industry preferred, but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication and eagerness to build a career in sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
